The Pentax Optio RZ18 brings a 16 megapixel sensor with 25-450 mm lens with 18x optical zoom, image stabilization options for multiple PENTAX vibration reduction (SR), a face detection function, 9-point autofocus with a 4 cm macro mode and Auto Picture mode.
The Optio RZ18 is able to record video in 720p at 30 fps (1280 x 720 pixels) and Digital Panorama mode (a maximum of three images). It features a 3-inch LCD screen (480 x 320) and various special effects filters.
The Pentax Optio RZ18 is available in black, pearl white and orange. Available in the markets in October for the price of 299.95 U.S. dollars.
