Acer Iconia A510 Olympic edition arrives in the UK

The tablet Acer Iconia A510 Olympics edition is coming to the UK in June via Carphone Warehouse.

Olympic Special Edition has the same specifications as the tablet Iconia A510, the main difference being one of the Olympic rings engraved on the back and a pre-loaded trial EurosportPlayer to see the station’s Olympic coverage.

The Olympic edition maintains the 10-inch screen, resolution of 1280 x 800 IPS, mini HDMI, a 5-megapixel rear camera and front camera of 1 megapixel. Inside is an Nvidia Tegra 3 Quad Core 1.3 GHz, along with the Android 4.0 operating system.

Carphone Warehouse is taking pre-orders, but has not revealed an exact date of shipment. Acer suggests that its price is around 432 euros SIM-free.
